The Park at Amberglen

When a General Contractor was at a loss for how to serve their client, they connected them with Meyer Sign Company.

Late in a project, a General Contractor was in need of design/build services after being tasked with "jazzing up" a bland and somewhat barren office complex. Tenants were moving out and ownership saw an opportunity to rebrand the complex to attract those new tenants once again. Enter Meyer Sign Company.

A unique challenge of this project: A rival sign company had advised the General Contractor the signage desired would not be allowed by code. Rising to the occasion, Meyer's project manager, permit tech and leadership group reviewed the code more specifically and identified a very simple path forward - classify the building as a Major Business Complex and provide a detailed plan to the City.

Provided only the logo, Meyer designed, priced, planned, surveyed, and permitted the proposed signage as one large package. The signage was then fabricated and installed in-house, partnering additionally with Meyer's masonry contacts to provide a turn-key solution.
