Our products have a warranty period of 6 months, and we are happy to come out to service signage. This does not include the service technician’s time and additional materials needed to complete the service. Some warranties are extended based on the part manufacturer warranty.

From the point of conception to installation, time can vary depending on permitting. Most electric signs have a 4-6 week lead time, but due to most of our work being completed in house, production time can shorten depending on how complicated the signage it is. Smaller signs that do not require permitting can be delivered much more quickly.
The sales person working with you will be able to quickly determine if a client’s signage needs permitting. In general, most exterior illuminated signs require a sign permit and an electrical permit. Permits and sign codes vary by municipality, but our experienced permit team works efficiently to acquire the permits needed to get the client’s sign in place! Client signage may require landlord approval, so it is best to check beforehand.
